The people on your side of the table

Managentics has just launched, so the team is founder-led and there are no layers in between. With 50 agents supporting us, we can operate like a 30-person firm did before the current AI era. Independence is a personal commitment, not a feature of an org chart.

    01 // Jukka Ala-Mutka

    Jukka Ala-Mutka

Jukka Ala-Mutka is the founder of Managentics and the developer of agentic process specification. His model combines the idea of the owner's representative from construction with a platform whose agents do the specification work faster and more repeatably than human effort alone. Managentics specifies, governs and audits the client's agentic AI processes vendor-neutrally, with specifications the client owns.

    Background

Jukka holds a doctorate in technology and a construction foreman's degree. The combination shows in the approach: processes are decomposed, specified machine-readably and equipped with control points before implementation. He previously served as Chief AI Officer of listed company Admicom Oyj, responsible for raising group productivity with AI, and has led growth companies and transformation programmes for over 20 years.

    Speaking topics

In his talks, Jukka covers the practice of agentic AI transformation: how core processes are specified for agents, how the human role and oversight are designed, and what acceleration does to people, including decision fatigue and cognitive load.
