Processes are described on our specification platform. Agents build the first version of the specification from expert input, and the client's own people review, approve and complete it. The result is a machine-readable, technology-independent specification that can be implemented on any platform and with any partner.

The work proceeds in three stages
First, we decompose your processes in specification workshops, where your experts' hands-on expertise becomes a visible model. Then we produce a machine-readable, technology-independent specification: what the agents do, where a human approves, and under what rules the whole operates. Finally, we verify that the implementation matches the specification, regardless of who built it.
Independence is structural
We do not implement or operate the runtime. That is precisely why our assessment is independent: we have no incentive to sell more implementation hours or tie you to a platform. The specifications are your property, and the governance and compliance documentation (including foundations for EU AI Act assessments and ISO 42001 work) is produced alongside them, without a separate project.
You own your processes, in business language
Processes are described in the language the business uses to talk about them, not as code and not in a platform's own concepts. The descriptions are the client's property, and they can be read, reviewed and approved without a technical intermediary.
Governed and audit-ready by design (ISO 42001, EU AI Act)
Approval points, risk classifications, roles and the run trail are written into the specification before implementation. Demonstrating compliance in ISO 42001 work and in EU AI Act assessments then rests on documents that already exist, not on an explanation written afterwards.
No vendor lock-in
The specification is technology-independent: the same description can be implemented on different platforms and by different implementers. Changing platform or partner does not mean redoing the specification work.
Always know what is really running
Every run leaves an inspectable trail: what the agent did, on what data, who approved and where it stopped. Deviations from the specification are visible rather than left to anyone's memory.
Fast and repeatable
When the structure of the specification is the same from one process to the next, the second process is finished faster than the first. The workshop format, document templates and review checklists are standardized, so no time goes into inventing the form.
Reliable by design
Definition of done, error handling and stop authority are decided before implementation. Reliability comes from the structure, not from individual fixes made during delivery.

The specification decides which step runs when, what information is passed to the model, which model is sufficient for that step and when a run is cut off. When the run trail reports cost step by step, the expensive places are visible before the invoice grows.
