These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Managentics Oy ("Managentics", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing managentics.com (the "Site") or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Managentics provides an agentic platform that automates the design, specification, and governance of AI agents for enterprise use. Our services include AI Native Workshops, agent specification, digital twin creation, and governance tooling.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Site by, any third party. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Managentics Oy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Agent specifications, documentation, and other deliverables created for clients during engagements are owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in a separate service agreement. Managentics retains ownership of its platform, tools, methodologies, and any underlying intellectual property.
We treat all client data and business information shared during engagements as confidential. Specific confidentiality obligations are governed by the applicable service agreement or NDA between the parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Managentics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about the completeness or reliability of any content on the Site.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
